Description
The product is also known as ammonium paramolybdate with CAS No. 12027-67-7 & EINECS No. 234-722-4. Ammonium Heptamolybdate is represented by the formula (NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O (Mol. wt. 1235.86). It’s monoclinic crystal with colorless or light yellow-green, relative density 2.498, soluble in water, acid and aqueous alkali. Insoluble in alcohol. Solubility≥60g/100mL. Lose one of molecular crystal water when heat 90℃, resolve into ammonium, water and molybdenum trioxide at 190℃. Effloresce in air and lose party of the ammonia. -
